Resolved Question: My son's father has "Primary Custody" of his youngest son with his ex wife in CA...Court papers say child?

cannot leave state of CA w/o the courts permission. Child is in danger as people are breaking into home, walking through the home, knocking on the doors, windows, just wreaking all kinds of havoc so that no one can sleep. Cops have been out to the house, found no evidence of anyone being there, no shoe prints, fingerprints, etc. I want to file a motion online to transfer the child out of state before something worse happens to either the child or his father as we believe the ex-wife is due responsible for all of it. The Merced County Judges, police and over all justice system is screwing my son's father over BIG TIME by giving him false information. THEY are the ones keeping him there in CA MORE than his ex-wife is. So, anyone have ideas on how to get him and his son out of this before something does happen to either one of them??? Thank you.
